On the works: February

Today as every month I’m trying to write about the progress I made so far during the month, this time I decided to make a very simple video with the few process photos I remembered to take about my latest graphite piece ‘Sorrow’s piercing dart’. A piece inspired in a fragment of the beautiful poem by Thomas Gray ‘Ode on a distant prospect of Eton College’. This poem has actually inspired a couple more of my pieces I made for my upcoming solo show, but I’m happy I’m able to show this one.

With ‘Sorrow’s piercing dart’ I’m also joining the BeinArt Surreal Art Collective group show, which opened yesterday at Copro Gallery, Santa Monica. CA. An astonishing line up with a lot of artist I admire a lot, so if you’re near the area and you missed the opening, don’t worry, the show will be up until March 12th, 2016. AND if you can’t attend personally to the gallery then go check out the online preview! http://www.copronason.com/beinartpre/

All pieces are available to purchase including ‘Sorrow’s piercing dart’ and ‘Lethe’s River’
